  I've ordered from them for well over 5 years! Not a single complaint! Pizza is always hot, delivery people are always polite, and my order is ALWAYS perfect! Thanks for being so awesome!

  Sauce gets left behind or forgotten even when i pay for it. the pizza is always hot and more often than not the lava cakes are just right. not the worst place to order from.

  Made my order online for the Dominos in Groves Tx. After waiting for 1 hour they called me which I didn't get to answer my phone, so I dialed right back , twice, with no answer so I called the store in which they told me that they were at the wrong address and that they apologize and will have my order out shortly 30 minutes later I called and then they said "oh did you want your order still?" so they put me on hold somebody else answers and asked if they could help me , I explained everything to them again and then they say "sooo",........ finally I say "forget it, can you please cancel my order?" then she hung up on me. Wife called back to speak with the Manager (Alex)to make sure our money will be returned to the card, he said the driver (Rebecca) told him that she called me 4 time which was only 2 times and that I didn't call back till 30 minutes later which was 2 minutes later.
  All in all very unprofessional and unorganized.
  Surely will not be making a purchase from there anymore.

  I enjoy the convenience of ordering online but I get so angry because even though I have the option to select well done for my pizza online, I still get a pizza with melted but not baked cheese if I don't call and ask for well done immediately after my order is placed online. Also, when I get my free pizza from Piece of the Pie rewards, it's always like it's thrown together....hello, I've spent atleast $60 in order to get this free pizza so please show that you appreciate my loyalty to Domino's Pizza. The delivery persons are AWESOME and UNIQUE!!
